The hotel room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a cozy sitting area. the bathroom was clean, and the hot water was continuous, making for a soothing shower. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. We also enjoyed the view of the city from the window, especially during sunset.
The noise level was unbearable, primarily coming from the street and bars nearby, which led to many sleepless nights. the internet connection was terrible, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends or even access social media.

The hotel was placed just 1 mile from nga htat gyi pagoda. Within a walking distance of acacia tea salon, where you can have lunch. Room met the demands. Right by the airport, 9 miles...

Great place to stay for a vacation. the bus stop is just a 25 minutes' walk from here, making it super convenient to get around. Definitely a thumbs up from us! 🌟

Functional, clean, and helpful staff. The room had all the basic amenities and was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to respond to any requests for assistance, even late at night. The hotel's proximity to my appointment was convenient. it was a good value for money without luxury.
The drains in the bathroom had an odor from time to time and the air conditioning tended to warm up. These were minor inconveniences but worth mentioning.

The hotel's convenient location near tourist areas and transportation made it easy for me to explore the city. The staff at the help desk were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The breakfast selection offered a variety of Asian options, like fried rice and fried noodles, which I enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Absolutely nothing was a negative aspect.
